SCA Merch will process returns/refunds for the following reasons:
- Damaged item
- Item does not match order
- Received wrong item
The following reasons are invalid:
- Change of mind. The purchaser suddenly decides they don’t need the item.
- Product received does not meet the purchaser’s expectations though a description is displayed upon ordering.
SHIPPING will be charged in addition to the retail price. Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Deliveries will be fulfilled via GoGo Xpress or LBC.
