22 April 2019 | Cebu City, Philippines - #SCAPNYD #NYD2019CEBU #SCAPYOTY SCAP delegates will soon troop to the Queen City of the South as the biggest National Youth Day begins. Arrived and arriving early today are the SCA groups from Cabanatuan, some from NCR (PLM and CEU) and PCNE, Bacolod, and Tarlac.
Delegates arriving today will be hosted by SCA Cebu courtesy of generous alumni and sponsors. The national secretariat is temporarily stationed at the University of San Jose-Recoletos Basak Campus courtesy of USJR-Basak SCA and Campus Ministry Office.
