Cabanatuan City - The SCA leaders and animators from the units of the Diocese of Cabanatuan, especially in the College of the Immaculate Conception are excited to host the upcoming 5th SCAP Luzon Regional Leadership Conference (LRLC) on 25th to 28 of October 2018.
Generous families around the city are expected to welcome more than 100 delegates. This year's conference extends the Student Catholic Action's theme of the youth's faith and Catholic values amidst the changing landscapes of digital culture. The theme is a response from 12th National Leadership Conference held last October 2017 in Lopez, Quezon.
The last LRLC was held in April 2012 at Bukal ng Tipan, Taytay, Province of Rizal.
