The Student Catholic Action of the Philippines National Coordinating Council took oath during its National Mass of the Holy Spirit held online via Zoom Conference last 18th of September 2021. The reading of the 13th National Leadership Conference Final Statement, led by the NCC Chair Jhulienne Anne F. Bucao, followed after.
More than 150 student leaders, including animators, chaplains, national volunteers and board members across different dioceses in the country gathered virtually. Rev. Fr. Rafael Luis Clavel, SCA Chaplain from the Archdiocese of Jaro (Iloilo), presided the Holy Eucharistic Celebration.
